The program is divided into 8 Modules, spread out across a 4 month timeframe, plus a 9th learning block which is the capstone project. It has gone through extensive instructional design rigor to deliver you a superior learning experience and demonstrable results.
- Foundations of Revenue Enablement – The scope, principles, and language of Revenue Enablement: Discover the origins and evolution of enablement, its role in modern business, and its fit within your organization’s go-to-market strategy.
- The Buyer’s Journey & Enablement Efforts - Understanding the specific buyer/customer journey at your organization is foundational for success. This module will map enablement efforts required for each stage of the buyer/customer journey so you can support buyer progression, friction reduction, and value realization across the full revenue lifecycle.
- The Cross-functional Revenue Engine & Enablement - Become literate in the major revenue teams, processes, and needs across the full revenue engine, so that you can complete gap analyses and design cross-functional, multi-role programs.
- Competencies of the Revenue Enabler - Learn the Revenue Enablement Competency Model, which defines the core professional competencies required to operate as a Revenue Enablement practitioner. Measure yourself at the beginning and end of the program!
- Instructional Design for Revenue Enablement - Explore how to design learning experiences that build buyer-facing skills and behaviors, for: new hires, everboarding, product & messaging knowledge, SKO/RKO, and more, leveraging multiple learning modalities.
- Enablement Operations, Systems, and Infrastructure - Develop literacy and confidence in using/selecting Enablement Platforms, workflows, content/asset management solutions, and governance approaches so you can make program design decisions that can be executed reliably and at scale.
- Enablement Measurement Frameworks - Learn how to design robust enablement frameworks that measure knowledge & skill change, behavior change, and business impact/results. Apply the Revenue Enablement Functional Maturity Model to assess your gaps and opportunities as a department. Become confident in interpreting revenue performance and results data, and buyer signals. Use analytics to guide enablement decisions.
- Strategically Lead Enablement for Organizational Impact - This module will prepare learners to lead programs, influence stakeholders, and drive strategic initiatives.
- CAPSTONE Project: Each student will complete a practical, personalized project that will integrate all the competencies and learnings from the prior 8 learning modules into a professional artifact they will present to faculty for the final certification step.
