In her role as Interim President , Jill provides direction and guidance to the Global Revenue Enablement Society board and at-large membership. Chris Kingman, Exec Board, Strategy
Christopher Kingman is a recognized leader in revenue enablement and a driving force behind advancing the discipline. As a board member of the Revenue Enablement Society (RES), Christopher has helped shape the strategic direction of the community and elevate enablement as a core business imperative. He was instrumental in creating the Certified Revenue Enablement Professional (CREP) program, the industry’s benchmark for professional excellence, and in establishing the Academic Council, the group responsible for defining enablement standards globally. Today, Christopher’s role focuses on driving the strategy to ensure RES continues to grow and represent the voice of the profession, strengthening its position as the leading authority for enablement practitioners worldwide.

Peter capitalizes on 20+ years of revenue growth leadership in revenue enablement, revenue talent management, and operational expertise. Finding a better, faster way to help B2B revenue teams beat quota drives just about every topic, company, rep, and channel partner he engages. Prior to joining Forrester SiriusDecisions in the Revenue Enablement Strategy (RES) service, Peter was a VP/Research Group Director for the Aberdeen Group, where he founded and was Principal Analyst for the Revenue Effectiveness Practice. Here, he covered the technology, service, and consulting enablers that enterprise revenue forces deploy to become Best-in-Class organizations. He also managed researchers in marketing, customer success, field service, and human capital management disciplines.

Mat Hill is a seasoned enablement leader with more than 15 years of experience driving growth and execution across global go-to-market organizations. A founding member of the Revenue Enablement Society, Mat focuses on building scalable, data-driven programs that align strategy, process, and people to deliver measurable impact. He is known for translating complex GTM strategies into actionable field execution that elevates performance and customer outcomes. As an Executive Board Member, Mat brings a practitioner’s perspective centered on operational excellence, collaboration, and advancing the enablement profession worldwide.
Barbara Mazziotti, Exec Board, Academic and Education Programs
Barbara is a 25-year Global Enablement, Commercial Operations & Transformation Executive. She has been Global Head of Sales Enablement at Waters Corp, GE Digital, and Pitney Bowes, and was co-founder of the NYC RES chapter. Her specialties include: revenue process design, value/outcome based methodologies, strategic account planning, change management, role-based curriculum strategy, and AI applications for sales and enablement productivity.

Sally Ladrach, Board, Technology Co-Chair
Sally Ladrach is the Director of Sales Enablement & Training at SavATree, and lives near Atlanta, GA. She has held a variety of roles across sales, marketing, and Revenue Enablement for over a decade. Sally has a passion for giving back to the community through her work on the board, coffee chats with other Enablers in need of advice, and speaking at industry conferences. Outside of work, Sally enjoys spending time with her family and playing pickleball.

Eric Mingorance has over 20 years of experience across SaaS technology sales, strategic leadership, and broadcast/corporate media production. As the Principal Consultant for Mingo Media LLC, Eric brings a unique perspective to GTM enablement solutions. He has built global enablement divisions, certification programs, customer workshops, and GTM frameworks from the ground up, driving measurable performance improvements and revenue growth.
Gail Behun, At Large, President Emeritus
Gail Behun is a high-performance Revenue Enablement leader experienced in all facets of strategy, planning, and program development. Prior to joining Juniper Square as the head of the growing revenue enablement practice, Gail held leadership roles in rapidly growing Saas companies across the spectrum. She brings a deep understanding of revenue and marketing roles, processes, methodology, and business practices, along with comprehensive employee learning and development techniques.
Leading global teams to increase productivity, profitability, and stakeholder value, she achieves results that are dramatic while always keeping an onto scalability and repeatability.
