At RES, we are committed to being the guiding force behind the developing Revenue Enablement professions. Our goal is to create guidelines, best practices, and a wealth of ideas generated by the community to benefit one another. We believe that by harnessing the collective wisdom and experiences of practitioners like you, we can shape a thriving and evolving profession. That's why we've created the first ever RES Revenue Excellence Forums, where the community collaborates to create a best practices road-map to become the gold standard in enablement practice. As a peer-to-peer community, the output is driven by YOU, the practitioners who bring your unique perspectives and expertise to the table. Together, we're shaping the future of Revenue Enablement.

Each cohort, led by two volunteer facilitators, will tackle a unique challenge and start with the end in mind, beginning with a problem statement. Through virtual meetups, Slack chats and guided sessions, participants achieve tangible outcomes compiled into an actionable document. This enriches revenue enablement and empowers practitioners.

The Mastermind Group journey contributes to a comprehensive outcome report, showcasing insights, best practices, and success stories. This enriches revenue enablement and empowers practitioners.

Results will be showcased at the 2024 RES Experience Conference, offering a deep dive into experiences, strategies, and tangible outcomes achieved.

Timeline & commitment:

The program is designed to run for 2-3 months, with about 3 meet-ups on Zoom and async work happening on Slack to allow ample time for collaboration, learning, and achieving tangible outcomes. This timeline ensures a commitment to the program's success and provides participants with a transformative experience.
